I just wanted to say how amazing the cake was for my daughter’s birthday. The team did a phenomenal job and I was so proud to reveal the cake to her and her guests. I got so many compliments and so many people asked where I got it!
We ordered two weekend cakes for my daughter's birthday party (vanilla strawberry and chocolate marshmallow). Not only were the cakes absolutely beautiful but they were seriously the best cake I have tasted in a long time. Each cake was moist and flavorful without being overly sweet. We also picked up a few cookies when we got the cakes that were equally delicious. We will most definitely be repeat customers!
Buttercup bakery is such a gift to the Tomball community! Every single item we have tried has been AMAZING, and the blueberry muffins are out of this world!! The family owned operation is so welcoming and you know they are baking with love. Yes, they have limited hours but once you taste their products you’ll understand that the best things in life are worth the wait….and I’ll gladly wait for treats like these!
So glad I was able to visit Buttercup Bakery and pick up this delicious gluten free chocolate loaf with mascarpone cheese. The loaf was so moist and the mascarpone accented it beautifully. I'm so excited they opened up and are offering gluten free options! Being in walking distance from work is going to be dangerous for my wallet and waist 💖
The cake we got was the best cake we have ever had! It was chocolate with fruit filling. Not only did it taste so good, it was decorated perfectly and very elegant, just what I wanted. The people in the bakery were so friendly too! Highly recommend!
The owner was so sweet and welcoming from the minute I walked in the door! You can tell she is very enthusiastic about her new business. Not to mention how AMAZING the baked goods are! Wow! Our entire veterinary hospital staff got to enjoy them today. You can clearly tell they’re homemade. We will definitely be back and are happy to be right down the street!
I hosted my bachelorette party here, which was a cake decorating class, and had an absolute blast! Kristina was so sweet and an amazing teacher. The chocolate cake was delicious and we were all excited to learn new skills and walk out with beautiful cakes.

I ordered a smash cake, a birthday cake, and cupcakes for my daughter’s first birthday and everything turned out AMAZING!!! The cakes were absolutely gorgeous and delicious to boot. I had so many guests asking about where the desserts were from. I will definitely be ordering cakes from Buttercup Bakery again!! On top of all that, my husband bought a few cookies when he was picking up the cake and those were incredible too! The peanut butter cookie in particular was fantastic.
I pass by Saturdays almost everyday and I finally had the chance to stop in and boy I am I glad I did! I was able to get focaccia straight from the oven and it was so delicious! The owner was SO KIND and I loved getting to visit with her getting to hear about her sweet family. I will definitely be back soon and encourage others to stop by Saturdays for a great experience and yummy goodies!
